SUMMARY:

This project involved the renovation of a four-bedroom apartment.

WORK INVOLVED:

Full decoration of the flat including:

• making good ceilings & walls prior to decoration
• renovation of all woodwork: windows, doors, wardrobes, cupboards
• painting whole flat
• wooden worktop renovation- sanding and varnishing

Creating an extra room:

•  building partition wall
• fitting new lining & wooden door
•  matching skirting and architraves to the rest of the flat

Building “built-in” floating shelves and wine racks in the living room
