SUMMARY:

This project involved the refurbishment of a three-bedroom apartment.

WORK INVOLVED:

Full decoration of the whole flat including:

• making good ceilings and walls prior to decoration
• renovation of all woodwork: windows, doors, wardrobes, cupboards
• painting whole flat

Full kitchen refurbishment including:

• ripping-out existing kitchen units, floor tiles and subfloor
• fitting “Rockwool Acoustic Insulation” between floor joists
• new subfloor and solid wood floor installation
• metro tiles installation for splash back
• “made to measure” kitchen installation
• decorating all kitchen units doors and end panels by brushes

Refurbishment of bathroom including:

• tiling
• creating and fitting new bath panel
• replacing clear glass windows with frosted ones
