SUMMARY:

This project involved the renovation of a five-storey house. The client lived on site during the project so we worked floor by floor.

WORK INVOLVED:

Full house decoration including:

• making good ceilings and walls prior to decoration
• renovation of all woodwork: windows, doors, wardrobes, cupboards
• painting whole house

Two kid's bedrooms full renovation including:

• ripping out existing “built-in” wardrobes, shelves and desks
• making good all walls and woodwork
• decorating

Renovation of downlights by spray painting

Refurbishment of utility room including:

• ripping out the old kitchenette and fitting a new one
• wooden worktop installation
• re-tiling

Updating shower room by installing new shower valve & shower head

Garden shed renovation by installing “Feather Edge Boards” on walls and new roof

Fencing installation
